علی باقری معاون سیاسی وزیر امورخارجه جمهوری اسلامی ایران که برای شرکت در نشست معاونین وزیران امور خارجه و نمایندگان ویژه کشور‌های بریکس در امور خاورمیانه به مسکو سفر کرده، با «میخائیل باگدانف» نماینده ویژه رئیس جمهور روسیه و معاون وزیر امورخارجه در امور خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا دیدار کرد.
در این دیدار طرفین در کنار تأکید بر ظرفیت‌های بریکس بعنوان یک پیمان چندجانبه و مهم، روابط و موضوعات دو جانبه و منطقه‌ای را مورد بحث و بررسی قرار دادند.
ایران همواره در خاورمیان شریک راهبردی است
علی باقری معاون وزیر امور خارجه همچنین در دیداری جداگانه با چانگ نماینده ویژه رئیس جمهور چین گفتگو کرد.
باقری در این دیدار گفت: بریکس نشان داد دارای ابتکار عمل برای نقش آفرینی‌ها در صحنه و تحرک کشور های عضو در چارچوب چند جانبه گرایی است.
طرف چینی در این دیدار نیز، ضمن محکومیت مجدد حمله رژیم صهیونیستی به سفارت ایران در دمشق، گفت: از اقدامات ایران در دفاع از حقوق مردم فلسطین تشکر می‌کنیم و اقدامات ایران در منطقه را شایسته می‌دانیم.
این مقام ارشد چینی افزود: پکن بر این باور است که ایران همواره در خاورمیانه شریک راهبردی است.
